The Challenge

Technocrat has been partnering with the Supreme Court of Victoria since early 2018. We began providing emergency support and website maintenance services, including a Drupal site audit making recommendations on security and performance improvements. The website includes the Daily Hearing List which is a critical service that imports data from the court’s scheduling systems and provides updates on the website every 15 minutes. Technocrat has provided support, recommendations and development to improve the reliability of the service.

The Solution

A number of other feature development projects have also been completed in recent years. These include the implementation of a large set of accessibility recommendations provided by Vision Australia, search functionality improvements, the migration of the SCV Probate website into the main SCV Drupal site (including over 1 million XML records) and replacing a legacy website for processing SILK applications with a new Drupal installation.

The Results

One of our strengths at Technocrat is adapting our project management and even technical processes to fit with our client’s needs. At SCV this meant using their internal task tracking system and adapting our standard code deployment and UAT processes to fit their custom Azure-based hosting environment. Our goal is always to build a long term partnership with our clients, working together to achieve organizational goals
